There are several ways to insert columns. To insert a new layer of child columns, the first method works best.
- Drag and drop single or multiple columns from the Add Content panel.
You can use this technique to add a layer of columns or to insert one or more columns between existing columns.
- Drag a module into a new area (a new row, between two other columns, or before or after an existing column)
A new column that contains the module is automatically created. In the following screenshot, an Icon module is being dragged in between two other columns. The blue shading shows where the new column will be inserted.
- Move a column into a location with other columns. This preserves the column style. See the Related Articles for how to move a column.
