OVERVIEW
Rich Push Notification Messages will help you interact better with your End User. You will be able to send more detailed and informative Push Notification Messages using Media Files and Actionable Button.
Rich Push Notification is working on devices:
- With iOS Version 10.0 and higher.
- Starting from iPhone 6 and higher
HOW TO ENABLE
Please note that, Rich Push Notification is a Paid Service. You need to purchase an App based Subscription Plan in order to use the Rich Push Notification and Actionable Buttons.
If you chose 'Build & Review' submission type follow instructions from point 1
If you chose 'Build & Publish under my account' submission type follow instructions from point 2
If you chose 'Instant Ad Hoc' submission type follow instructions from point 3
1. Build & Review submission type:
Proceed with the Submission Process for your app.
Enable the Rich Push Notification option from the Submission Process. See screenshot
1.1. Enable the Push Notification Option for your App.

1.3. In order to use Rich Push Notification on iOS, you need to create the second Bundle with the '.rich' extension, this is mandatory. After, need to create a additional Mobile Provisioning Profile for the second Bundle, and upload it here.
Uploader will validate the format of the Mobile Provisioning Profile which will be uploaded.
Initial Bundle: com.organization.app
Rich Bundle: com.organization.app.rich
Create a Mobile Provisioning Profile for the Bundle with '.rich' extension and upload it here.
2. Build & Publish under my account submission type:
Proceed with the Submission Process for your app.
Enable the Rich Push Notification option from the Submission Process.

2.2. Enable the Rich Push Notification Option for your app.
Our Build Engineers will create all the required certificates for you using your Apple Developer Account.
3. Instant Ad Hoc submission type:
Proceed with the Submission Process for your app.

* Please note that the AdHoc Mobile Provisioning Profile is different from App Store Mobile Provisioning Profile. If you uploaded already a Mobile Provisioning Profile in the 'Build & Publish under my account' submission type, you still need another Mobile Provisioning Profile for 'Instant Ad Hoc' submission type.

HOW TO SEND
Go to My Applications-> *Your_App_Name* -> Push Notifications
1. Switch. This switch allow you to change the Push Notification Type from Simple Push Notification ( free ) to Rich Push Notification and Actionable Buttons ( Paid )
2. Title. Set jus the perfect tile for your Announcement. Clear, and with the focus on what your announcement is about.
3. Message. Expose your thoughts, or the details about the supper offer you are giving away to your customers. It's up to you how you compose the message of the Push Notification.
4. Action. This option allow you to catch the user if the user is not using the 'view push details' by swiping right. The page you select in action button, will be open inside the app if the user press directly on the push notification.
5. Media will allow your Notification to look more professional. The richer the Notification is the more chances you have to attract the user.
Media, you are able to send the following Media Types ( Image, Gif, Audio, Video)
Local
- / jpeg / gif / png / up to 10 MB
- / wav / mp3 /m4a (*.mp4) / up to 5 MB
- / mp4 / up to 50 MB
External
Ensure that your are using only HTTPS:// external resources.
- / jpeg / gif / png / up to 10 MB
- / wav / mp3 /m4a (*.mp4) / up to 5 MB
- / mpeg / mpeg2 / mp4 / up to 50 MB
Don't forget about the action button when you are receiving the Rich Push Notification:
