- Go to Pages from your wp dashboard and click All Pages
- Search for SMS Service. Click on Edit
- The page will open and there you will see:

- Change the text and don't forget to click UPDATE to save your changes.
If you don't want that to appear in your site simple DELETE the whole line and then update to save changes.
