Both listings are the same in some ways and the difference is, premium listings are shown at the top of a category page. Listing is in a box and there are additional tabs wherein clients can click on to see more information of the business.
On the other hand, a featured listing is shown in the homepage of the directory. The listing is inside a box and has a clickable button which takes customers directly to the listing's page.
