To see if there are any errors being generated in the console by conflicting scripts please do the following.
We strongly recommend that you use Google Chrome when doing this.
- Navigate to the "stuck" page
- Hit F12 Function Key, this brings up Developer Tools
- Click the console tab and see if there are any errors.
