Viewing & Playing Videos

If you have any issues viewing any video, be it a tutorial video (some products) or a video that is part of a product:

Please first make sure: 

  1. Please go to your download area and download the zip file that has the videos in it.  These zip files are usually huge so make sure to wait until it is fully downloaded before attempting to open.
  2. Please unzip, allowing it to fully unzip. We recommend using the free 7-zip
  3. After you unzip, please try to view a video file. If you cannot view them, please try the free VLC media Player. 
  4. Alternatively, you can also use the free Apple Quicktime video player

If after all of the above please submit a ticket and take a screenshot of the exact issue or error message.
