Why is the "Backup this App" grayed-out and not working?

The "Backup this App" button is grayed-out if a webapp/app has an unpaid status.

Once the webapp/app has a paid status, the "Backup this App" button will be activated and will allow you to back up the files of your webapp/app in just one click.
