If you don't like the phone icon to show on the top right of your directory you can remove that by either hiding the code or completely deleting it.
From your dashboard go to Editor under appearance. From the right click on Header (header.php). You will now see the codes in the box, scroll down a bit and look for this code below. If you would like to hide it simply add "<!--" at the beginning of the specific code and then add "-->" at the end of it or you can simply delete it. Make sure to click the Update File button to save your changes. (the image below shows you how to hide it.)
After saving changes, the phone icon will no longer show in your directory.
