Some users have their Windows set to hide known file type extension and is the reason why you are not seeing the '.html' after 'index'. This is no reason to be alarmed since they are still the same files that are shown on our videos. Should you want to show the file extensions, simply follow these easy steps:
1. Navigate to your folder
2. Press Alt+T
3. Click Folder Options
4. Click the 'View' tab
5. Uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types'
6. Press OK
