If you bought our products from an affiliate and would like to claim your bonus, you should be able to download them from Product Pay not from Squeezemobi. Please go to www.productpay.com then log in to your account. On the Home Page, you should see the link to the "Customer Panel" under the Quick Start section right hand side of the screen. Once you click that link you will see your Latest Orders and under that would be the button to the "Affiliate Bonus" that you can click to download your Bonus. Please check out the image below.
